The residents of The Highlands, Bexhill on Sea, from number 17 through to number 50, (the unadopted portion), have been maintaining the roadway for many years. We have clear banking and memoranda from as
early as May 1996.

A major resurfacing was carried out by the committee, with advance contributions received by residents and recorded in the minutes of meetings held at that time.

A new committee was formed in November 2022, with the intention of seeking to get legal possession of the title

and continuing the good maintenance work of previous committees.
